He is the visionary and chief-strategist of the organization. He has been recognized as one of the eminent leaders of India's IT industry by Dataquest, a leading computer publication of India.

K R Chandrasekharan - Director & Chief Finance Officer
A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in IT, Engineering and Finance industries. He has held senior positions in reputed groups such as Tata, TVS and HCL.

Maqbool Hassan - Vice President and Head of IT Infrastructure Solutions
An Electronics Engineer with over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career at HCL before co-founding Accel in 1991. At Accel, he has held senior positions in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment.

S Mitra - Head of Technology Support Group
An Electrical Engineering Graduate from IIT, Kharagpur with nearly 27 years experience. He began his career with IBM WTC, India, which was followed by a 14-year long stint with HCL in customer support. He joined Accel in 1997 to head its Office Automation division, and was subsequently President of Accel Transmatic Systems’ Customer Support Division.

T O Asokan - Vice President
Asokan brings with him over 21 years of experience in the IT services segment. He began his career in the Indian Navy. Prior to joining Accel, Asokan held senior positions in HCL, India Telecom Ltd and Athreya Technologies. At Accel, he headed the Mumbai region and was Country Manager – Services., before moving in as Head of South and East Zones.

Jayesh Ahluwalia - Senior Vice President
Mr. Jayesh Ahluwalia has over 19 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service in the IT industry. After working in PCL and Fujitsu ICIM before AFL, he has extensive knowledge of the telecom domain and was the country manager for telecom solutions in AFL before taking up additional responsibilities to head the Sales and Operations of the North and West regions.

K.Chandra Sekhar- General Manager, HR
Chandra Sekhar has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management with 17 years of experience in Manufacturing and IT industries. In his earlier assignment he was Head-HR at Computer Generated Solutions Inc. in Hyderabad. He brings with him the right mix of qualification and experience to enable best practices for professional and streamlined operations in the HR Division.

R Lakshmipathi - General Manager, Quality
A B.Tech from MIT, Anna University with 24 years experience in the IT industry. He started his career in HCL and worked there for 7 years before joining Accel. At Accel, he has held many responsible positions handling Regional Service Management, Logistics, Purchase and commercial functions before moving as Head of Quality initiatives.
