Some of the positions which have to be filled in the next 60 days are the following:
Chief Technology Officer
The candidate will be a top-notch technology professional with good experience in IT Infrastructure for the Enterprise, thrid generaton Networking Technologies, Datacenter Management and Information Security Systems. The candidate will have extensive exposure and experience in providing technology solutions including Remote Infirastructure Services to global corporations
This position will report directly to the CEO
Program Manager: Remote Infrastructure Management Services
The Ideal candidate must have experience in creating and running a world-class Remote Infrastructure Management Services practice.
The incumbent will be well versed in handling strict SLA’s with a team of at least 200 technology professionals on a 24/7 basis, providing managed services for mainframe systems/ Unix / Windows environment to global customers. The candidate must have good understanding and working experience on various tools and technologies used for RIM and excellent customer relations and business management skills.
Certification in ITIL and/or PMI will be an added advantage for the right candidate.
The position reports to the Vice President – Service Delivery.
Inter Networking Specialist (Telecom Speciality)
The incumbent will be the head of the networking group with specialisation in Cisco Technologies and extensive experience in handling converged networks. Responsibilities will include review and evaluation of current and future networks design issues as required to maintain network integrity, efficient data flow, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
The incumbent will provide second-third level of technical support for network problems as reported to the Help Desk, advanced network support in new project development, provide technical assistance on the feasibility of new projects and participate in developing implementation plans.
A minimum of 5 years experience with IP switched/router/based networks, MPLS VPN; Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to take the lead of projects assigned; advanced knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting, routing protocols, including EIGRP, RIP, and OSPF; advanced installation/troubleshooting experience of Cisco hardware/OS software, CSS (content switches); Network management systems including CiscoWorks LMS; IP network security utilizing Cisco PIX; Advanced Cisco certifications such as CCNP/CCIE will be highly preferred. The position reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
Head International Business Development (Remote Infrastructure Management)
The candidate will be an acomplished sales/marketing professional with minimum 10 years of experience in which 5 years should have been on international assignments operating from India or located in the US or Europe. Considerable success in customer acquisition for new line of services working for start-up businesses for it’s globalisations plans will be an added advantage. The position reports to the Executive VP – Sales & Marketing.
