The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 12th May 2008 have declared an Interim Dividend of 15% ( Rs. 1.50 per Equity share ) for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 to all shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as on Record Date.


The Board has fixed Monday, 2nd June 2008 as the record date for ascertaining the members who are eligible to receive the dividend.
