1994 - Principal subsidiary Frontline Technologies Pte Ltd formed to focus on IT solutions and professional services.

1995 - Appointed by Sun Microsystems as authorized Sun distributor, authorized Sun Enterprise service partner and authorized Sun training provider.

1998 - Incorporation of Frontline Technologies Holdings Pte Ltd Individual business units were re-organised into operational subsidiaries. Frontline Solutions Pte Ltd formed to focus on the development of best-practices methodology in IT consultancy and implementation.

1999 - Won Enterprise 50 award & Voted Channels 50 award.
2000 - Entry of Lim Chin Hu as President & CEO for Frontline.
Won Enterprise 50 award and subsidiary award for knowledge management Creative took stake in Frontline.

2001 - Frontline's IPO 5.13 times subscribed Frontline expands into China forming MDCL-Frontline (China) Ltd. Frontline took stake in Philippines IT Holdings, Inc Malaysian subsidiary Frontline Technologies Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd officially opened. Frontline took stake in Thailand's Logic Company Limited.

2002 - Frontline & EDB set up FTI Ventures Pte Ltd.
2003 - Awarded Asia money's Best Newly-listed Company and Best small company. Voted one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in Singapore1000/SME 500.
