Purpose

The Client

The client is a major telecom service provider in India. This project is for their mobile services business. The company provides cellular phone service to subscribers across India, and has to maintain huge infrastructure for service delivery and back-office functions. It goes without saying that they need 100% uptime!


The Challenge

A few issues needed to be addressed to provide the service level that was required by the customer. Accel definitely had the advantage of being physically present in all locations and hundreds of engineers who are trained and experienced on the platform. Meeting the SLA meant identifying and mobilizing the right resources for the job, and assigning responsibilities.

The Solution

Accel has identified a project manager and a set of experts who would support these locations. There were familiarized with the customers setup and then were deployed on to the filed. Service monitoring is done by software tools and period reports are generated and relevant reports are shared with the customer.
